Welcome guests from near and far to share a part of our home! We live in a peaceful area in eastern Helsinki, 2 min from Puotila metro station. You'll be downtown in 16 min by metro (11,5 km).

You will best reach us from the airport with bus # 561.

We offer you a nice and clean two-room apartment, connected to us by an interior door. You have your own entrance (street level). The apartment has a living-room & kitchenette, a bedroom with a bed 180x210, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Other things to note
We are flexible with check-in / check-out hours, and always try to find a way to meet your traveling schedule. That is why we always ask you about your more detailed schedule. Please provide us with something more precise than "I arrive in the afternoon". Only after that can we agree on check-in time.

We can not guarantee that anyone is at the apartment to receive you when you arrive, if we have not agreed on a specific check-in time in advance, because we are not at home all the time (work, school & hobbies).

We are a married couple 50+, with a lot of children - five in all. All but one of our kids has now left home for studies and work. They thought our home with many rarely used rooms would be just perfect for airbnb. So here we are, welcoming you to share our home and - if you feel like it - our company :)

We love the sea and to sail in the Finnish archipelago during summer, we enjoy jazz music and to sing in a choir. We both work, in very different fields: Mia is in retail and Jocke is an entrepreneur/carpenter.

Our dream is to one day get old and experienced enough - and bold enough - to sail the oceans and see the world, make new friends. Until then: welcome to our home, we look forward to having you.
