The space

We are not in tourist area, and as a result, prices are more accessible here. It is a small colony (6 blocks) with superb location, with quick and easy access both to the downtown area, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach and other attractions, but is a old NEIGHBORHOOD NEGLECTED AND NOT ATTRACTIVE, however it is very QUIET AND SAFE! (see photos).

We're not in the tourist area, so prices are more affordable around here. The Apartment contrasts with the surroundings, as it is an old colony that looks NEGLECTED AND NOT ATTRACTIVE (see photos), however, it is A QUIET AND SAFE neighborhood. It is a small colony (6 blocks) with great location, with quick and easy access to both the Downtown area, supermarkets, restaurants, as well as the beach and other sights.
