We are 5 minutes drive to Southgate Plaza where Coffee Shops, Groceries and Restaurants are located. For public transportation, 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. And 15 minutes drive to downtown Nanaimo. Also, 15 minutes drive to both Ferry Terminals.
