Cozy three bedroom bungalow on lake Simcoe, just 1 hour north of Toronto. 129ft of private lakefront with amazing views and the most beautiful sunrise. the perfect all season getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The water is shallow and great for swimming in the summer.

The space
3 bed 1 bath - queen bed in master room, double bed in second bedroom, and twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. Fits 4 adults + 2 children comfortably, 6 adults max.

Bright and spacious multi-purpose sunroom covered in cedar wood providing an extra space for activities.

Four zero gravity chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful lake view.

Cozy living room with new lazy boy double reclining couch and dining table for six.

Fire pit in the lawn, please bring your own fire wood.

Two Kayaks on the property for guests to enjoy. Two life jackets available. There's a boat shelf outside if you want to bring your own kayaks / canoes.

Badminton, frisbee, water-gun, and many toys for you to enjoy. Plus three hammocks for ultimate relaxation.

BBQ out on the deck.

The dock is put out in late May when water is warm enough, and taken out by October.
