This self-contained ground floor guest suite is situated in the quiet, leafy suburb of Pollokshields in Glasgow, with good transport links to the city centre and to the attractions in and around Glasgow. You will be made very welcome, whether just relaxing for a few quiet days in the flat, or spending a week or more to explore Glasgow and the West of Scotland by car or public transport, or stopping off for a night or two en-route to the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Fàilte gu Glaschu agus Alba!

The space
The accommodation is on the ground floor of a converted Victorian Coach House, originally built in 1864 to serve one of the first Villas to be built on the lands of Sir John Maxwell as Glasgow developed south of the River Clyde. The space is attached to the main family home, but self-contained with its own separate entrance door. The area totals just over 40 square metres and is suitable for one or two persons. The accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living & dining room, a separate sleeping area with double bed and generous wardrobe space, and a shower room with walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC. Other amenities include underfloor central heating, Wi-Fi, hot water, power, TV and a smoke alarm.

During your stay

My aim is to greet Guests personally on arrival, explain the flat and its facilities, answer any questions and make sure everything is available for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I live in the attached family home, so am usually available on site to assist in any way, and if I am away from the house I can generally be reached by phone, text or email if help is required. Laundry can be arranged by request, just let me know your requirements on arrival.
