It's on a busy street minutes from Wegmans, and CVS pharmacy on the same block for anything you may need. There is a bus stop right across the house that have routes to the commons, Cornell and the mall!

Started airbnb in my parents house, back in 2K17 , as way to rented out my brothers rooms, while they were in College. Fast forward now , I have several more listings now! Me JackSun 90s Kid , my family: Dad is Handyman, brothers help with cleaning and changeover. Mom complains, and makes sure everything is done correctly. I mean Quality control. Cat that host and sometimes lead you to your room, in exchange for treats. We host about 40 listings (Many private rooms) through 6 houses and 1 Tiny House, 1 Lakehouse. So we are always reachable, and glad to help with many things or questions you might have.

For the most part, we provided the best prices on either private rooms, or entire place listings. All our contractors or helpers are compensate at 1 and a half times the $15 minimum. For someone who work at Burger King, Moes, Then starbucks, I feel thats something I can do, while not trying to make someone pay half a weeks pay for 1 night stay!

I also helped people host! Every house is unique and different but I try to ensure the essentials. Clean sheets, linens, towels. As well as Safety! All places are check for Carbon Monoxide detector, smoke alarm. Fire extinguisher and first aid Kit always ON TOP OF THE FRIDGE. Easiest thing to spot in a house!

AirBNB is great! I only use AirBNBs whenever I travel! Great Concept and able to enjoy different spaces or finding great prices, and no hotel frills that you don't really need! Save your money and spend it on food! drinks, other experiences :)
