Beautiful and spacious house located just 3 blocks from Tepoztlan's historic center. It is furnished elegantly and consists of a large space of 180 square meters with double high ceilings and windows providing you with incredible views of tepozteco mountain, a huge garden, interior patio, a bedroom, big bathroom, a large kitchen fully equipped, dining area, two living rooms , with all the technological facilities to work.Has a private laundry room. Is a confortable house; not a rustic place.

The space
What makes this space unique, is that it is located in downtown with grocery stores, a typical Mexican market, restaurants, coffees shops, banks, pharmacies, all of them in a safe neighborhood but with the characteristic that once you enter the property, surprises the secluded atmosphere from the lively outside and this is because the apartment is located inside the big property far away from the street, surrounded by gardens and mountains views. At the entrance of this huge property, lives the owner of the house always ready to care of guests if is needed, and at the end of the property there is a very small bungalow with its own patio and which an academic came from the city some days a week to meditate and read, but this do not alter at all the privacy and silence of any place of the property since the Airbnb space is far away and built in a higher ground than this little bungalow at the end of the property.
It is also unique, because is a place of 180 square meters in size with high ceilings offers a totally equipped kitchen, an interior patio with a fountain, a bedroom and bath, a spacious dining room, two livings rooms; all this elegantly furnished, and Terrace overlooking a large garden. The neighborhood is 3 blocks from the town center and located on historic, cobblestone streets which are not principal avenues. There are many small convenience shops nearby and a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The downtown area of Tepoztlan where the home is situated is a very safe area.
