This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site, Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč as well as the shops and restaurants.

There is also a parking place in the garden free of charge.
Pets are more than welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The space
Apartment is sea orientated with a window facing directly at the sea. It is located in a unique house in the center of the old town in Poreč.

Guest access
I offer free parking for all of my guests in the garden.
Guests can use terrace connected to the apartment for a coffee or breakfast (that terrace is connected with the entry to other apartment, however it is exclusively yours to use). Guests can also use terrace located in the garden with a sea-view and suntanning chair.
