Surrounded by forest and river scenery, this recently renovated 2-bedroom rental provides immense comfort, and natural beauty as far as the eye can see.
It is also the starting point for hiking and cycling adventures in Pano Platres and Troodos mountain area.

The apartment's location is at Pano Platres (not to be confused with Kato Platres, read "Location/The neighborhood" section for more details).

-Kitchen:
Open plan kitchen that includes all cooking essentials.
The kitchen includes a built-in oven, stove, cooking hood, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator.
There is a small dining table where you can enjoy your meal.

-Living Room:
Right beside the kitchen is the living room with a comfortable corner sofa-bed.
You can relax after a day of hiking watching TV local channels or Netflix.

-Bedrooms:
The first bedroom includes a double bed and the second one two single beds.
Both rooms have a lot of wardrobe space, and both have access to the balcony.

-Balcony
Enjoy your coffee or breakfast at the balcony under the river sound and the relaxing forest scenery.

-WC:
Spacious toilet with shower and towel cabinet.

-Cleaning:
Our cleaning sessions between each guest stay, are carried out by a professional cleaning team.
The linens and towels that we use in our apartments are cleaned and ironed by a professional dry cleaner.

-Occupancy
The apartment includes one double bed, two single beds, and one sofa bed. So it is preferable for hosting 5- 6 guests.

Pano Platres, Limassol, Cyprus

Platres is a very old village and is mention among the 119 villages of the Limassol district that existed during the Lusignan Era (12th century-15th century) and the Venetian Era (15th century-16th century).
It is the principal hill resort of Cyprus about 5km from Troodos and visitors can find a lot of services, restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery shops, and traditional souvenir shops.

Pano Platres (Upper Plátres) is a name given to the village in the recent years after the village of Tornarides (which is a smaller residential settlement situated some 3km to the south-west) renamed to Kato Platres (Lower Plátres).
Despite this change, everyone (locals and non-locals) refer to the village of Pano Platres with its original name of Platres - Source Wikipedia.

We are giving our guests their space to enjoy their holidays, but we are available for any information 24/7.

-Communication
We are always sending a message to our guests 3-4 days before check-in, with detailed directions and map, making sure that you find your way to our apartment.
We also give you check-in arrangements and even a weather forecast for your booking days.
Finally, we provide you with a 5-minute walkthrough video with the basics about the apartment.
This way we are ensuring that you know the place pretty well before you even travel there.

This means when you stay with us, you get a digital guidebook link where you can learn all the essential information about our home and recommendations for all over the mountain area.
The digital guidebook is easy to navigate on all devices such as desktop, tablet or phone, so even if you are out, you can have access.
