Little cozy apartment with more or less 45 m². It has a Bedroom with a double bed. In the new and modern kitchen you´re free to cook you favorite meals at any time. In the big living room with a dinette is also a couch and a flatscreen television to enjoy the cozy hours. Of course you have your own bathroom with a shower and toilette. The facing west balcony is perfect to enjoy a glas of wine while sitting in the evening sun.

The space
The Ferienhaus Neuschwanstein in Alterschrofen, a district of Schwangau, is located in a very quiet location between the lake Schwansee and castle Bullachberg. The two world famous castles Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau are within sight. The majestic lake Alpsee, probably the most stunning of the 13 surrounding lakes, below the castles, is to reach by foot within an easy 15 minutes walk. All activities of our holiday region Allgäu are at your disposal. Cycle paths or hiking in the mountains as well as cross-country skiing and ski slopes are almost right in front of our front door.

Our three comfortable apartments are very cozy and lovingly furnished. Bed linens and table linens as well as hand and shower towels are available. We are happy to offer you also baby cots and hight chairs. Games for children are also available.

Car parking is possible right in front of our house and also parking for bicycles. The "ski room" offers enough space for your skiing, snowboarding or other winter and summer sport equipment . A washing machine and a dryer can be used for a small fee.
