The studio apartment, whilst under the main roof, is entirely private and independent. It has its own entrance, path from the street and a gated courtyard. It is in a very quiet location with easy access to the Frank Smith park and wetlands through the owner's back garden. More walking and cycling tracks can be found in Belair National Park (4 km away). There are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and 24 hr service stations in Blackwood (2 km) and a pub, bakery and take-aways in Coromandel Valley.

The space
The fully equipped compact kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, dual burner hotplate and fridge. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are all provided. Complementary coffee, tea, milk is also provided but not breakfast unless by special arrangement.
There is a dual control electric blanket, TV/DVD, DVD library, radio alarm clock, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, magazines, board games.
Reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan.

Quiet but friendly neighbourhood. In addition to the Frank Smith Park and wetlands there is the Blackwood Forest close by with more walking trails (about 200m away). There is also the Sturt River Linear Park which runs through Coromandel Valley. Belair National Park is 3km away.
There are great coffee shops close by in Belair, Hawthorndene and Blackwood. Also an excellent laundromat in Blackwood.
