Well equipped, immaculately clean cottage with full kitchen, washer and drier, grill, outside (and inside too) shower. One mile from South Beach. 1.5 miles to town. Near bike path. Great place for two couples or families with 1 or 2 children.

The space
There aren't too many small cottages on Martha's Vineyard anymore! This one is well maintained and close to the beach and Edgartown with it's beautiful harbor and many fine restaurants.

We are a quiet retired couple. Love to travel, read and walk on the beach. We are Edgartown natives and enjoy sharing the rich history of our little town if you are interested. My husband owned the Chappy Ferry for years and actually built two of the ferries still in service in his back yard. We hope you love this little piece of paradise as much as we do.

We live next door and are usually available for answering questions, making repairs and/or borrowing whatever! You will have plenty of privacy. Big trees and a fence divide the properties.
