Our apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR of a 4-storey building, you can park your car in front of the same door.We live in one of them,so we are available for whatever you may need. The building is located inside A PRIVATE STREET without traffic,so rest,relaxation and safety are guaranteed. You will be in a very quiet and familiar atmosphere, at the same time close to nightlife.

The space
The SWIMMING POOL IS SEPARATED from the APARTMENT at the top of the building, crossing the entrance and going up some stairs , it is not air-conditioned. The apartment is divided into a large kitchen/dining room with everything you need for a holiday, it has air conditioning and external window, down 4 steps is the living room with a sofa bed and 36"TV and a suite room with an additional fan and external window, the bathroom with shower ,towels and dryer.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Playa del Ingles, in a very quiet street with little traffic, so rest is guaranteed, but in turn it is close to the beach, just 5 minutes from the walk of the famous Dunes of Maspalomas.

The area has tennis courts if you like sports and a supermarket.
Playa del Ingles is the most famous tourist area in the Canary Islands. In about three kilometers you can find the beautiful "Meloneras", shopping area in its luxurious shops or play golf along the fantastic coastline while enjoying the scenery.

There are plenty of water and mountain sports on the island. You also have the southern recreation area, which consists of a kart, the largest airsoft park in Europe and an aeroclub among others.

You have 10 minutes to the C.C. Jumbo, taxi and bus stop.
