Charming and peaceful tree-top bungalow nestled in a magical garden in the hills of Studio City with picturesque views of hills, trees, birds, flowers, and greenery. Minutes from beautiful scenic hikes, bustling nightlife, great restaurants, Universal City, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and other major attractions.

The space
Thoughtfully designed, modern bungalow in a beautiful open format space with all the comforts you’d find in a small house.
The queen size bed features a plush duvet and pillows. Additional pillows are available upon request. The industrial closet is spacious and includes baskets and hangers plus a suitcase stand.
The living area has a cozy couch and pouf along with a bunch of fun games (Pictionary, scrabble, chess…). An Apple TV is hooked up that gives guests access to Hulu, Netflix, iTunes, and more. A Bluetooth speaker is also available and can be used outside for tunes in the garden.
The unit is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi and has multiple power outlets for all your charging needs!
The kitchen is fully-stocked and includes: microwave, induction cooktop, cooking utensils, electric water kettle, Keurig, toaster, knife set, cutting boards, and Tupperware, plus coffee, tea, honey, sugar, oil, and vinegar.
The bathroom has storage space under the sink and features a beautiful and spacious shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner, fresh towels, and a hair dryer. Additional towels also available upon request.
A single unit AC/Heater is installed to cool and/or heat the room.
All of the art and decorative pieces in the unit were hand-picked by us. We’re also featuring photography by LA-based photographer, Sealaka.
Our guests have full access to the incredible garden as well. One seating area is setup on the patio just outside the unit overlooking the garden and canyon. A second seating area with a daybed, table, and chairs is available below the bungalow under a beautiful tree. The daybed will be covered when rain is expected but can be removed easily.
We’ve planted much of the plants ourselves and are very proud! We hope you’ll enjoy the natural surroundings as well.
