Note:
1. Senior citizens should note that the house is in first floor without lift. Only stairs(steps).
2. Auto or taxi available on call. House manual has this detail.
3. Strictly no extra guests to be brought into the apartment because we are buying water in lorries for guests. Integrity is expected from guest while selecting number of guest in the instant booking.
4. We advice guest to use Jio packet Wi-Fi or Jio SIM.
5. Since house is located at dead-end, parking is not an issue.
6. Grocery store is 2 min walk from house which has a lots of ‘daily need’ stuff.
7. Guests feedback that Vellore kitchen food delivery was great.
8. All the windows are having mosquito mesh, so the house is free from mosquitoes, house flies etc. We advised guests to immediately close the main entrance doors after enter or exit in the evening to avoid mosquito.
9. Terrace has beautiful Mountain view.
10. House key will be handover by my parent. My parents and my siblings stay in the ground floor. My parents will be available 24 * 7.
11. Cleaning would be done once or twice a week for guests who stays a week or more and it is guests responsibility to keep the house clean. If guests requested we can arrange a person to clean daily at an additional cost per day.

14. Kindly make sure that Keep th AC in high cool for 10mins and then must keep the setting to 18/desired degree after 10mins.
15. Kindly make sure that don’t use the high voltage water heater and AC together. Use one at a time. It may get tripped otherwise.
