This is a newer model travel trailer that is fully equipped with a full bathroom & shower, full kitchen & microwave. The RV is parked on our property with full hook-ups to power and water. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the dinette can fold down to accommodate another 2 adults.

Note to travellers: For those travelling on weekends and statutory holidays, ferry reservations are highly recommended.

The space
This is a completely private space with your own entry and is fully self contained. You are welcome to come and go at any time without the worry of disturbing anyone on the property. Nights are very quiet and there is virtually no traffic on the street. Also, there is a 42" TV with access to Netflix.

This RV is parked in front of our property and shares the driveway with the rest of our vehicles. This unit targets the short-term stays and trades workers that do not desire patio space or similar amenities.

Nearby, there are two beaches to explore and enjoy the scenery. They are a 10min walk, or 2min drive to Hopkins Landing, and Granthams Landing. Both beaches are a mix of rock, gravel and sand, and both offer a great place to unwind and just enjoy the scenery.

During colder months, there is a furnace that works very well to keep warm, and during the summer months, the A/C will help cool things down.

Our neighborhood is very quiet with no problems of theft or vandalism. The community thrives on tourism with very limited options for accommodations. Our place is not a party destination. It is a place to sleep and relax. You are welcome to enjoy some music inside the trailer but noise must be kept to a minimum after 10PM.
