The space
The lounge/ dining area is open plan with a central fireplace looking out to the pool. Comfortable sofas and armchairs and coffee table in the lounge area and 2 televisions, one dedicated to keep the kids entertained with a playstation and a selection of DVD’s. English channels such as BBC’s, ITV, Channel 4 etc are available for viewing, as well as children channels.The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with a separate wine fridge!
A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (leading straight out to the BBQ area) with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc, indeed, everything that you would expect.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. A twin bedroom, that is serviced by the guest shower room. Another twin bedroom (the beds can be pushed together as seen in the photo), with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have hairdryers.
The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms. A master bedroom with double bed and an ensuite shower room. There is also another twin bedded room with ensuite bathroom (with bath). Both bedrooms have a private terrace, plus another lovely terrace where one can have a relaxing drink sat on comfortable seating and appreciate the stunning sea view or sunset.
On the outside, there is a 4m x 9m swimming pool which can be heated, if required at 180 GBP per week. This is surrounded by a terrace and lawn, with a large table and chairs for al-fresco dining and sun loungers.
There is also a barbecue area and work surfaces to one side just off the kitchen. On the other side, a table tennis table is provided for further family enjoyment.
