1 of 2 Self contained Studios in Spetses town centre. 4 minute walk to the coast and to the heart of the port known as Dapia. The villa is very close to the bulk of the restaurants, bars and transport to other beaches. The studios are within a lovely gated garden development including the old family house.

The Studios are split into 3 separate rooms, there is a living / kitchen area, a large bedroom and a bathroom. There are tables and chairs both inside and out as there is a terrace area. Wardrobes and storage spaces are available within the rooms and there is a TV in the bedroom.

Less than 200m away from the villa is the main museum of the island which is in the Hatzi Gianni Mexi house. The main port is within 5 minutes walk and there are several beaches in walking distance. The town beach (agios Mammas) is a 2 minute walk away and you can get a bus from there to the stunning beaches on the rear of the island.
