Room with private bathroom in a house near Arequipa, Petit Thouars, Arenales and Javier Prado avenues. Located within walking distance of rises shopping center, banks, restaurants and pharmacies, This room was my son's until he moved to the US. The room is private and is separated from the house. I live alone with my wife and we are very quite, although we do not mind noise. I am a sociologist and my wife is an anthropologist.
