-2 bedroom 1 bathroom Private Villa
-Living Room with a 4K 55 inch 3D Flat Screen Smart TV with DigiCel Cable (thousands of channels and Movies and easy to navigate) .
-A spacious Dining Room with comfortable seating for 6 people.
-Fully functional Kitchen with all the amenities
-Washer and Dryer laundry room.
-The bedrooms both have comfortable Queen Sized Beds, AC, closet with a digital safe and are separated from the Living/Dining rooms and Kitchen by a door and hallway and are very quiet for sleeping.
-The entire house has Split System Air Conditioning but you may not even need it as there is almost always a Fantastic Breeze!
-Northerly there is a Covered Porch and an uncovered area with a BBQ for cooking and table and chairs Perfect place for dinner.
There is a Back Yard, this area has Lounge Chairs for sun tanning, a Jacuzzi that can comfortably hold 5 people and another outside table and chairs for Entertaining.
The entire property is VERY Private and Quiet. It is accessed by a set of stairs that rise up from the street below and is the Highest Point on the Hill. The views of the Harbor and Small Harbor Islands are Spectacular.

Warwick Parish, Bermuda

The Villa is on the Top of a Hill and does have other houses surrounding it but it is not really in a neighborhood. The area is VERY quiet (except for the whistling tree frogs at night they are AMAZING). It is in the Perfect Location, Very Central and Close to the City of Hamilton (the Ferry is a 5 minute walk away, a Great Super Market 5 minutes walk in the other direction. And just a 10 minute drive to the Pink Sand South Shore Beaches.
