We are totally rural and quiet here. But drive in 45 minutes to Munich, in 1 hour to Salzburg, in 30 minutes to Kufstein. Our beautiful alpine lakes, such as Chiemsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee are just 30 minutes away. The Sudelfeld, Wendelstein and Spitzingsee ski areas are just around the corner.
