The Majestic Beach Resort is a beautiful place right on the powdery soft sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine yourself soaking up the sun, swimming in the clear ocean water, & seeing marine animals swimming by. Watch breathtaking sunsets on our private & covered balcony and enjoy stunning views from our studio condo with ease.

We are the same owners as Dreamy Beachfront Paradise Stunning View 1309 in Tower 1. If you need additional rentals, please visit our studio unit 1309 or for larger condos, we’d be happy to provide you links upon your request.

In our humble unit 1312 (13th floor, Tower 1), you will find a cozy queen bed and a comfy sofa with a queen size pull out bed and bedding included. Relax on the balcony with nature’s view or with the view from the flat screen TV. Feel free to find something from the 50+ channels, sign in to your favorite media app on the Roku, or pop in a disc in the DVD player. The high speed Wi-Fi internet won’t disappoint if you’d like to check messages or surf the web during a break from outdoor activities. If cooking is your pleasure, our fully equipped kitchen is perfect with a 4 top stove, microwave, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, blender, toaster, can/bottle opener, coffee maker, and more. We typically cook and eat in the condo so have it stocked with many cooking gadgets, dishes, and utensils that we would need. Just bring your groceries & supplies. After a long day out, clean up in our full size bathroom with fresh towels and hair dryer. Just bring your favorite toiletries & supplies. Other amenities include central heat and air-conditioning, code protected entrance for peace of mind, nestled away from the breezeway and roadways for tranquility, and breathtaking view from our private balcony.

Nearby conveniences include: cafes and eateries, restaurants from casual to fine dining, grocery stores, health food stores, clothing stores, drug stores, major department stores, churches, gift shops, and much more. The best part is the beach. It stretches for miles and miles. An early morning walk is recommended as there are less people and wildlife is plenty.
