The space
Our condo is located on the 19th floor with amazing ocean views of the beautiful Playa Azul Beach!!! This modern apartment is a one bedroom and one bath, perfect for a couple celebrating anniversary, honeymoon or any excuse that you may need to get away and escape to paradise!

Once you enter this lovely property, you will find a sophisticated and comfortable living/dining room area with 55" Flat screen smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar, and BluRay DVD Player. The dining table overlooks the amazing ocean views ideal for a candle light dinner. Among the amenities included there is cable TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout the apartment for a more comfortable stay. The balcony overlooks the recreational facilities and the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom is completely remodeled and includes water heater for a nice warm shower. The comfortable master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a quiet split unit air-conditioner for a great night sleep. The Kitchen has granite counter tops with a fully equipped glass stove top, microwave, fridge, espresso coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. A washer/dryer combo is conveniently located in the apartment.

The condominium complex is a gated community with security guards 24 hours.
