It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you!

The space
It is something unique, that you will hardly ever forget. A luxurious, wooden house, placed in a private field, right on the beach in Nea Skioni village. Next to us there is a great traditional greek tavern/beach bar and in very small proximity you can find many shops and other restaurants in the village of Nea Skioni.

If you are searching for quality time with your loved ones, or on your own, but you want to exceed standards, then the iHouse is what you are looking for.

A superb wooden get-away. Within a well-organized 34m2, there is everything one needs to live comfortably. It is consisted of a fully equipped bedroom, living room, bathroom, and dining room, in the most minimal, yet luxurious way. More specifically, there is a very comfortable double bed, a double sofa-bed, the kitchen table, a bathroom and a spacious balcony that combines the exterior space of our field with the iHouse. The only limitation is in the kitchen stoves which are only used for boiling water and milk.

Moreover, you will enjoy the following services: a BBQ area, with an outdoor dinning table, the magnificent view of the sea and a private parking area.

The huge sliding doors from end to end, allow the natural light to flood the house and it eliminates the boundaries of the interior and exterior spaces!

Our wooden home can conveniently accommodate 4 adults.

The iHouse is located in the Kassandra Peninsula, in Nea Skioni. You have many options in how to spend you time during your stay. Nea Skioni village is a place that brings together a vibrant atmosphere and the traditional way of life of the local people.
Chalkidiki is the best combination of relaxation and parties. For young, party people, Chalkidiki offers a wide range of beach bars, bars and clubs. During the summer months, every beach bar in Chalkidiki throws amazing beach parties and some of the most famous venues are very close to our property. Other things to do in the area include: water sports, diving, yachting, and much more.
There are many good restaurants in heart of Nea Skioni, which is less than 3’ away by car from the house, but you can also find many more good local taverns and restaurants, in the surrounding villages.
However, on the other hand, our house is ideal for those who want some privacy and relaxation, by the seaaway from the busy streets of the villages. The pine air and deep blue waters are all you need to put your soul in a more relaxed and happy place.
