My place is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy pillow top queen bed, the coziness, and the full kitchen along with all the amenities of a vacation home. My place is good for the business executive, hunters, couples, short term workers, wind farm workers and business travelers.
We limit the studio to 2 adults and 2 small children. Only one queen bed is in the studio.

The space
This studio offers all the amenities of a vacation home neatly spaced into a 400 sq. ft. studio. It was completed in the fall of 2015. Our studio boasts a full kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker in fridge, all cook ware, utensils, towels and linens. A high efficiency washer/dryer is located in the laundry closet. Two recliner chairs round out the living area with a large screen rotatable TV mounted to the wall. A queen pillow top bed with drawer storage underneath finish out the living space. This home has cable TV and Wifi. Off street parking is directly outside the home. A charcoal grill for your use is located just off the porch.

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Everyone is very friendly and it is located in a very safe area. You can go walking/jogging at night with no problem. Home is located 2 blocks from a restaurant and post office and 2 blocks from the school.
