Breakfast on the balcony facing south with views over the Eifel, a cool beer on the terrace in the shade or cozy barbecue in the own barbecue hut. While the children play in the playground can enjoy the time in the sauna. Nice!

The space
Apartment Wald:

On 55 sqm the apartment with a bedroom offers enough space for 2 people. In front of the floor-to-ceiling glass door lies the separate veranda with its own seats to the south.

All apartments (for 2, 4 or 6 people) in the "Ferienhof Weites Land" have a high-quality Nobilia fitted kitchen with dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob and a large fridge. In addition, you will find everything a modern kitchen needs. The dining area is equipped with large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with leather couch and flat screen TV. All rooms have underfloor heating, which is fed by geothermal energy. The agriturismo draws water from its own well. For the house guests there is a small room in front of the sauna with washing machine and dryer. The complex includes a relaxation area with sauna, which has a separate access from each apartment, in front of the outdoor facilities with benches and green areas that open to the south with a wide view over the Eifel.

All our apartments for 2, 4 or 6 people can be found on our profile.

About us - The agriturismo:

The actual name "Hardthof" goes back to an old plot name on the hills above Stadtkyll - or with the exact height designation: 530 meters above sea level. The term "auf der Hardt" is more common and means a wooded hill. The site was closed by the old L 24 highway, which passes nearby. Formerly an area of pure pasture management, the area on the edge overlooking Stadtkyll was not built on until the 1960s with a large residential building: today the basis for the new holiday apartments "Weites Land".

The agriturismo was opened in 2014, and Rita and Werner Palms, who run it, grew up in the Eifel region and are rooted here in a long family tradition. Together with the two grown-up children Carolin and Matthias, they ensure that their guests have a good time in their hometown. Rita and Werner Palms live in a separate part of the Hardthof and are therefore directly on site as contact persons.

The new name "Ferienhof Weites Land" signals the special location:
The view over mountains and valleys, over the gently curved Eifel landscape is so incredibly beautiful and dreamlike from a few other points. In the midst of nature, no house all around, only meadows, woods and sometimes deer or foxes in sight: this is how you can enjoy the Eifel.

A small, but fine special feature is the narrow Wenzelbach on the edge and a little lower, which ends in a former fish pond A small platform with bench invites you to dream on the water, all around only meadows, trees, the green of the shore bushes, a few animals in the distance and perhaps one or the other carp in the pond.
