Amazing view of the Catalina mountains with a central location. This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, and University Medical Center. Features that our guests love include a super comfy king bed, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October).

Covid vaccination required.

The space
This is a second floor unit with 24 stairs and an absolutely stunning view. Sorry - it is not wheelchair accessible.

During warm weather, the pool is available for your use. Please know that our family and friends share this pool with our guests. We try to keep it in great shape, and do most of the maintenance ourselves. As with all pools, it is occasionally out of commission.

We are located a few blocks away from University Medical Center, which has a MedEvac.
There may be occasional helicopter noise.

Have an electric car? We have installed a NEMA 14-50 level 2 EV charger, please ask about it, we'd love to share!
