The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment).
The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom.
Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is AVAILABLE.

The apartment has space for 5 people . After 2 guests, each will pay $30.00 per extra guests per night . If you're trying to book the place for five persons, please contact me prior your reservation . You will have a master bedroom with a queen bed, and modern private bathroom and another bedroom with a full bed, other bathroom and in the common area, another futon.

The apartment is really near of Luquillo Beach Balneario and Playa Azul (Blue Beach) (3 minutes), Yunque (15 min), Palomino Island (30 minutes to the pier), Fajardo Fosforescente Bahía (15 minutes), Culebra and Vieques pier (25 minutes). The Luquillo area is home to the Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve and home to the nesting space ("La Selva" Beach) of the leatherback sea turtle. The apartment is also very near to La Pared, a very famous beach to surf.
