The space
16 Tron Square is a refurbished ground floor 1890s apartment and is an ideal base for exploring historic Edinburgh. Within easy walking distance lie many famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle. The apartment is also ideally located for most of the main venues used during the Edinburgh Festivals.

The apartment is entered from a main door leading into the living room/kitchen area. The room is brightly decorated with solid oak laminate flooring. For your entertainment there is a wall mounted LED TV with Freesat channels. An IPOD compatible music player (need adapter for Iphone6 and newer) is also provided with input for other MP3 players so that you can enjoy your own music collection. Full broadband WiFi is available and is easily connected to with the supplied code. Gas central heating will ensure that your stay is cosy on those chilly Edinburgh mornings.
The kitchen area is fully equipped should you choose to stay in and practice your cooking skills. A good quality fitted kitchen includes everything you could need including an electric hob and oven, microwave oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, ample crockery, cutlery and cookware.

In the living area there is a sofa bed which can sleep an additional two guests.

The double bedroom is tastefully decorated with a built in wardrobe with ample hanging space and a chest of drawers and bedside table. The bed itself is very comfortable to ensure that you sleep soundly in this peaceful little room.

The shower room has a shower area, basin, WC and central heating radiator. All towels are also provided.

To allow for cleaning and changing of bedding the apartment will be available by 3pm on day of arrival and should be vacated no later than 10:30 am on day of departure.

Sometimes I can meet guests, on the occasions that this is not possible the keys can be obtained 24/7 from a secure key safe at the door.
