Large spacious carriage house 8 minutes from the Kansas City, MO airport on a gated acreage, 15 minutes from downtown KC. Not suitable for children or pets. No smoking. Includes a large bedroom, a double vanity bathroom, spacious kitchen and living room. 900 square feet total living space in an entirely separate building from the hosts home which is also on the acreage. Very quiet neighborhood. There are stairs leading up to the front door. A deck with gas grill and rocking chairs.

The space
Pine Hill Farm is a premier dressage training facility on 20 acres. Twenty horses and riders use the stable and indoor arena on a daily basis, so guests may see riding on the outdoor arena during their stay. Liability prevents us from allowing guests into the stable unless they are participating in a riding event.

This property is a gated 20 acre horse property with a main house and a carriage house and an indoor riding arena and 20 stall horse barn, an outdoor riding arena and lots of lovely pastures. The surrounding neighborhoods are single-family residential homes on either 5 acres or smaller lots. Zona Rosa shopping center nearby. Hereford House restaurant and Bravo's restaurant are very near by.

I am the owner and operator of Pine Hill Farm, a premier dressage training facility. I teach and train dressage horses and riders of all ages along with caring for my facility , my clients, their horses and my staff. I have two beautiful daughters. I love nature and being outside, the changes of the seasons, music, scuba diving, dry fly fishing on the West Brush. I thank the good Lord for providing all that I have every second of every day.
