Our place is close to the city centre, art and culture, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of Its a very quiet cul-de-sac, lovely surroundings and garden, the people, the location. Close to Massey and right on the cycle track which covers most of Palmerston North with a lovely ride past the river. We can provide bikes for you to experience the views in the Palmerston North region. We provide a very generous breakfast including homemade muesli, jams, and cookies.

The space
Our place is unique because it is in a lovely garden setting, is very private and quiet, it is separate from our house. It has its own shower and toilet, TV, wifi. It also has a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. We also provide a continental breakfast including juice, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast and spreads. We will provide a cooked meal if ordered in advance or a cooked breakfast at an additional cost. We are happy to pick up from airport or bus at a cost of $20.00

Doug and I have hosted international students for 24 years. We thoroughly enjoy the contact with people from other countries. We love animals and have two little dogs, Maisie and Bella.
We love gardening and have a very large vegetable garden. We love having our grandchildren come and stay, walking, camping and travelling. We particularly love travelling to Australia and go every year. Doug loves fishing, playing golf and helps out with race horses at the local track. We are happy to provide an evening meal if ordered advance and at an additional cost of $20pp. The studio that we are offering is in a garden setting, which is very quiet and safe, it has its own shower and toilet. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, with an electric blanket and clean warm bedding, a TV , microwave, fridge and coffee and tea making facility and comfortable chairs, iron and ironing board. We have unlimited fibre internet. We provide a substantial continental breakfast consisting of juice, lemon water, cereal including homemade muesli, yoghurt, milk, fruit, toast and spreads. We also supply home baking for you to enjoy with your coffee or tea. We are only 3 km from the city centre and 10 minutes from Massey University. We are right on the cycle track which takes you all over Palmerston North and not far from the Manawatu river, where you can cycle along the river bank. We are happy to supply bikes for you to try this out.
We are happy to pick up from air port for a fee of $20.00.
Palmerston North offers great speciality shops and a large plaza. We offer wonderful restaurants with many Asian, Japanese, Turkish and Indian restaurants
