Nice 9 m2 room with double bed and private own entrance. Free Wifi & AppleTV in room on the second floor. Own separate wc and shower downstairs in basement. 10-20 minutes walk to downtown area Liseberg, Ullevi arena and Svenska Mässan. 5-8 minutes walk to bus or tram that will take you to city centre in 12-18 minutes. Free parking in the area. Coffee, tea, small washbasin and fridge available in room. No kitchen available. In the very quiet and old villa area Örgryte close to city of Göteborg.

The space
The Airbnb room upstairs on the second floor has an Apple-
TV connected to the Wi-Fi. The mirror has LED-lights, just press the button for on and off. There are utensils for boiling tea or coffee and you will find water in the washbasin/mixer in the room. The water is drinkable. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Please make sure to empty the refrigerator before checking out. There is a foldable table for desktop/workplace on the wall and a chair. The WC and the shower are downstairs in the basement. Here you will also find an iron with an ironing board hanging on the wall. All areas were renovated in 2021 with dimmable LED lights, new shower, porcelain, ceramics and tiles. No one else have access to this toilet and shower during your stay. Staircases and corridors are shared with the family.

Getting to the Airbnb location from Göteborg Central Station.
The fastest way : Take bus 60 direction Redbergsplatsen. Exit at stop Överåsvallen and there is a 8 minutes’ walk to our house. From the bus stop, walk back and turn left on a walking and bike path, you will pass a
football (soccer) field on the left. Continue straight on Lunnatorpsgatan, by crossing the street Skogshyddegatan, turn left on Barrskogsgatan and directly to the right at Barrskogsgränd. Our house is the second on the left.

The downtown way: Take tram 5 from Brunnsparken direction Östra Sjukhuset. Exit at stop
Bäckeliden and there is a 10 minutes’ walk to our house. From the tram stop, cross the street and walk on Bäckeliden, cross the bigger street Danska Vägen and walk up the hill through the park Överåsparken. At the top, there is a 3-way intersection. Take Lunnatorpsgatan, turn right on Barrskogsgatan and directly to the right at Barrskogsgränd. Our house is the second on the left.

Interesting facts: The Swedish Crime series IRENE HUSS/ Irene Huss Kripo Göteborg/ Detective Inspector Irene Huss was shot in this house. The family Huss lived in this house in all twelve 90-minutes TV-movies and several scenes were shot inside as well as outside of this villa.

You are a staying in the central and fashionable villa area Örgryte in Göteborg with 500.000 – 700.000 inhabitants. It’s 30 minutes’ walk to central downtown, or you can take the bus within 5 minutes, or the tram within 10 minutes’ walk from our house. It’s a rather nice area. It’s calm, surrounded with parks, walking paths and constructed from the 20s until the 50s. Our house is built 1936. If you enjoy jogging or walking in the nature, it’s close to Delsjöns naturreservat where there is a lake you can walk around, or in the summertime rent
canoes or swim in. We have owned and lived in this house since 1996 and we love it. Our closest food shop; ICA Nära Lunden is located at bus stop Överåsvallen. Open hours every days 08:00 (8 AM) – 22:00 (10 PM). The Airbnb area was renovated 2021
