Access our private rental suite with no contact keyless self check-in entry using keypad. Large comfortable suite includes a fully furnished contemporary bedroom, a large sitting room with SMART TV; a kitchenette, and private full bath located on the lower level of our home. Guest has a contactless keyless entrance to staircase leading to lower level rental space to maximize your privacy and ours.

Rental space includes access to garden sitting area. The laundry room is available as needed and is located off of the kitchenette.

Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, modern desk and sitting area, with an electric fireplace for individual temperature control of your room.
One window opens for fresh breezes and the other glassblock private window lets in bright light w/southern exposure.

Room storage space includes shelving, hanging clothes rack, dresser and under-bed storage container.

A collection of artwork celebrating travel around the world and the U.S. decorates the space.

Kitchenette is fully outfitted with electric skillet, microwave, electric crock pot, electric kettle, keurig, small refrigerator, bar sink, dishware, cutlery, tea, coffee, salt and pepper, clean tea towels, and cleaning supplies.

Additional amenities include:
- private outdoor garden area with small table for eating or relaxing;
- shower stocked with towels;
- pub table eating area and stools in kitchenette for eating at counter;
- access to ironing board as needed;

Discount available for weekly and monthly rentals.

Cleaning supplies provided to guests to maintain cleanliness of living and eating space.

Quiet residential neighborhood with beautiful gardens and tree-lined streets, and walking/riding paths and parks. Downtown Bethesda is walking distance or 5 minute bus ride, and has over 300 different restaurants, trendy shops, and walking and riding trails. EASY ACCESS to downtown Washington, D.C. via METRO or UBER in less than 30 minutes. If you are a cyclist? Capital Bike Shares station located three blocks from the house. You can access the Capital Crescent Trail to Georgetown, downtown D.C. and the National Mall and be there quicker than by car - 30 minutes to Georgetown/45 minutes to Lincoln Memorial by bike.
