It is a new apartment just a cross the street of old town. It is 7 mins walking distance to bus/train station, 15 mins walking to city main hall and 20mins to cathedral. Just next to apartment is Comfort hotel, which offers very fine dining possibilities.
Major sightseeing places, cafe's, bars are with same walking distance 10-20mins.. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers
