The house has 3 rented bedrooms. Most of my guests are young professionals here for internships, medical residencies or short term jobs (usually for 2 or 3 months). The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I’m happy to show you the house prior to committing to a longer time period thru Airbnb, just get in touch with me.

PLEASE NOTE: This location works best if you have a car.

This room must be booked by the actual guest.

All guests must be vaccinated for Covid.

The space
I've traveled a lot, and my home reflects my adventures with photos, textiles, and colors. It's got hardwoods throughout, and every room has a nice area rug.

This room faces east and gets morning sun. It has an AC unit in the window, and electric heat. Thermostat for heater is in the room, but I gently ask that you turn heater (or AC) OFF when you leave the house for the day.

Each room has it's own lock/key set.

This is a quiet neighborhood. I don't have a driveway, but there's plenty of parking on the street. There's conservation land behind all of the houses on the street, and when it's quiet you can sometimes hear the neighbors farm animals (sheep, geese, and chickens) in the distance. An incredible trail system begins just a few houses away thru the woods, and can keep you busy for hours if you're a walker or hiker. All my neighbors know each other, and help each other out. There are a few families with kids, and its the sort of neighborhood where they can play in the street.

I'm a wedding photographer, and before Covid, I was in USA for 6 months, then lived in India for 6 months. I'm here now until Covid gets sorted. I'm involved with animal rescue/veterinary work when I travel. When here, I have always got little home improvement ideas to peck away at.

I'm self employed and do most of my work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I'm generally available to answer questions and talk. I travel extensively for work or simply for adventures, but can always be reached easily via email.
