Monte Carlo is a spectacular property with 7 bedrooms in Lake Coatepeque also known as Lago de Coatepeque. Located just 45 minutes from the capital of San Salvador. Lake Coatepeque sits at 760 m ASL, and just 53 km from San Salvador and 12 km from the city of Santa Ana, in the department of Santa Ana.

Around 2-acres of gardens and exotics plants will make Monte Carlo feel like the perfect getaway vacation. With a spectacular lakefront view, Monte Carlo is the perfect scene for your next vacation.
The property holds 3 structures including 2 houses and 2 separate guest bedrooms. The main house holds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Between the three rooms there is sleeping room for 10 guests, all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans as well as A/C. The house has a full kitchen and dining room that seats 8 people. Two living rooms for everyone to enjoy. Not to mention the terrace which overlooks the entire front of the property where you can sit back and enjoy your morning coffee.

The second house contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The entire house sleeps up to 4 people. Master bedroom is equipped with A/C and has a beautiful view of the lake with its own deck to enjoy the view. This house also has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake, perfect for watching the sunset.

The property also has 2 additional bedrooms with 2 bathrooms located between both houses. These bedrooms have space for an additional 4 people.

Dating back just a little over 100 years Monte Carlo has since then been in the family and became one of the first private homes surrounding the lake. Initially becoming a weekend retreat in 1948, it has since then gone through major changes to the paradise it is now. With a view that is nothing short of breathtaking the property offers plenty of space to enjoy. Gardens filled with an extended variety of trees and plants will provide an experience that no hotel could.

As privacy is a big factor when you vacation we can confidently say that Monte Carlo is in in the most private section of the lake, a section where properties are large and spaced out from each other.

Monte Carlo has an infinity pool where just like every other place on the property you can enjoy a view of the lake.

Our lakefront deck also sits just a few inches above the water. Here you can spend most of your day enjoying your favorite tunes (at a respectful volume of course).
