Our comfy Scandinavian-style two-bed-rooms definitely your smart choice to enjoy BSD City locals. Located in the heart of Serpong, you have easy access to many public facilities surround, Pasar Modern BSD, Ocean Park, Bus Terminal, RawaBuntu Train Station.

Room
Established in the heart of Bumi Serpong Damai area, our unit nett size is 32.m2, it is located at the 11th floor, it has 2 bed rooms, and it has two balconies for your comfort enjoying the beautiful scenic view surround. One side is Jakarta/Bogor's mountain-view, the other side is pool-view.

Treats
Coffee sachet, Tea bags, Sugar, Creamer, chocolate wafer or jelly considered as special treat for EL's Home Guests. Mineral water also available for you. If you'd like cold or hot water.

Bed Rooms - comfy sleeps
One of our bed room provide a bed for two (Full size:140x200), while the other room has one single bed (90x200) while the living room has a Sofa bed for 2, which total definitely can fulfill flexibility of your travel mates up to 5 people. Our two bedrooms are each equipped with Air-Con and chic wooden desk paired with a chair are available for you.

Comfy and clean bed linens are served for you. Each bed has comfy Scandinavian Duvet to enhance your comfortable sleep. Bonus, your energy will be recharged! We also have extra warm blankets if you might needing it.

Living room
Our Living room designed to make you comfortable with our sofa corner and TV, suits you to relax with your travel partner or family while enjoying the beautiful scenery from your very own private balcony.

Kitchen
If you miss to taste your own delicacies, simply play chef in our kitchen and serve for dine-in at our Exotic wooden dining table. You'll enjoy the food more!
Not to worry, we have electric stove with exhaust, kitchen basic utensils available. You can borrow them to help you serve as well enjoy your meal :)

Bathroom
Amenities are available for you. Complimentary body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brush. We also have our clean towels for you to borrow.. sorry no hot water for shower..

Surround
Yes! swimming pool for free is available on Level 2.
However, if you feel want to hang out, try our City Walk on ground floor. It has many local food stalls (i.e. Manado food, Bangka Food, Padang Food), coffee shops, bar, also, there are Pharmacy, ATM Center, Laundry place to support convenience stay in our apartment.

Across our Apartment there is Indomaret, Alfamart, also more local food stalls: Bubur Ayam Cirebon, Batagor, Gorengan, Martabak Bangka...

Entertainment
You are staying at the heart of BSD! Try our Apartment's Shuttle Bus. They serve in schedules to take you to Pasar Modern BSD, the famous most favorite AEON Mall, Train Station for Commuter Line to Jakarta Downtown.. or you can Grab taxi or Uber or GoJek whichever you prefer most to take you to malls surround: Teras Kota BSD, The Breeze, BSD Xtrem Outdoor Park, Sumarrecon Mall Serpong, IKEA Alam Sutra, Mal@Alam Sutra, many more...
