Located in the heart of Graz you only have walk 2 Minutes to the "Karl Franzens" University and 10 minutes to the main Street "Herrengasse". Generally you are surrounded form the main attractions from graz like "Schloßberg" and the big park of graz.

The aparment is near the campus of the university graz (1 min to go), which includes many student restaurants and pubs and there are very cheap prices.
The central of graz is 10 minutes away with all sightseeing from graz :-)
