Our semi waterfront loft has many characteristics and charm and is in a prime location on Shuswap lake. Near many parks, waterfalls and one of the most beautiful lakes to explore! Truly home away from home!

The space
Our loft is a studio style suite in the heart of the Shuswap. The deck off the front of the guesthouse overlooks the lake, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. There is a queen size log bed as well as a comfortable pullout futon. Comfortably sleeps 4. Additional sleeping space may be available for additonal costs.
The suite does not come equipped with a standard stove however there are two electric hot plates,counter top oven, griddle, slow cooker, microwave and BBQ to prepare your meals. If there is anything else we could provide we would be happy to! Relax after your day of exploring in the jacuzzi bath tub or put your feet up and Netflix on the 42" smart TV.
Full access to the bar enjoy playing pool/or darts while having a drink at your own custom ceder bar.
Don't want to miss out of your workouts during your stay? We have you covered with a gym area offering mutiple peices of equipment, incliding an elliptical, Row machine, standard bike, multi home gym, free weights, yoga mats and more.
Large fire pit outside for your use permitting fire bans. We have many fruit trees on the property and encourage our guests to pick whatever may be in season at the time. Our home is great from solo adventurers, couples, business travellers and furry friends(pets)!

It is a semi waterfront property right on The north shore of Shuswap lake. We are located 10 minutes off the trans Canada highway. Grocery store ten minutes away. Many food trucks in area. One of the most beautiful golf courses in the Shuswap at the quaaout lodge. Dining at Jacksams Restauant or The Hub in Scotch Creek both only a short 10 minute drive. For waterfront dining, visit Finz for an amazing sunset and wide variety of options dining options, located a 20 mintue drive to the opposite side of the lake or boat right over to blind bay.
We are happy to answer any and all questions you may have in the area, as the amenities the Shuswap has to offer are endless!

During your stay

We are a younger couple, and we do live in the main home. We enjoy all the same reasons why you would come to the Shuswap. We can help you find most anything you might need or want to see. We enjoy spending time on the lake and have done boat tours for guests providing it doesn't conflict with our work schedules.
We have a very large, very friendly Bull Mastiff. He may bark at you upon arriving if he is outside, however do not be alarmed as he is only saying hi. If you have pets who do not like to interact with other dogs, keeping them separate is not a problem. Please advise us ahead of time if you or your pets are not comfortable with dogs so we can go out with him during your stay.
