The Hartt House is located in Tyler, Texas the Rose Capital of the world and near the Historic Azalea Trail. Restaurants, hospital district, Tyler Junior College, UT Tyler and downtown are all in close proximity. You’ll love my place because of the privacy, comfy queen bed, love seat, hardwood floors, TV, private bathroom and entry. It’s more of a suite than a bedroom. The backyard is an inviting space for an afternoon of relaxation.

The space
The room is a large private bedroom living room combo. It is very close to being an efficiency apartment. It is equipped with a queen size bed, love seat and chair with plenty of room to relax or watch TV on a 42” flat screen smart TV. I have central heat and air but also a added window unit so you are to be sure to be comfortable. I put a sound machine in the room for your use to help muffle noise. The room has its own entrance from outside. It enters into a room I call the sunroom. The sunroom is adjacent to your suite.It’s equipped with a cafe table, loveseat and full size refrigerator. Also I have a very welcoming patio outside you can use when needing to relax in the fresh air, have coffee or a meal. You will totally enjoy the space.
**I will only go in your room if maintenance is needed.

It is convenient to all grocery stores hospitals,college’s and plenty of local dining. You will be in a private home with Parking in the back of the driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

I have as much or as little as you would like. The room is private and excluded from the main part of the house but there are a few common areas (laundry room and patio/parking areas).
