Creativity and aesthetics are the well-springs of our existence. I, Suchandra have been fortunate enough to have worked in the creative sphere throughout my working life as a programme producer for Doordarshan, India's national television network. Apart from my day job, I have acted in films and worked as the lyricist as well as the costume designer in various movies. I enjoy interior decoration and love to use natural or beautiful but inexpensive objects to liven up my rooms. I am really passionate about cooking and love to experiment; my forte is traditional Bengali cuisine which we have been cultivating for generations.
I, Sourya, have previously worked as a sports journalist at major dailies in both Kolkata and Delhi, including the Statesman and Hindustan Times and currently work at All India Radio in Kolkata. I enjoy music and have taken training in both vocal music as well as guitar and love to hum a few lines while strumming. Literature is my other abiding passion and I hold an M.Phil in Eng. Lit. Writing and travelling complete my world.
