My house is close to the historical center and right next to the multimedia library.
It is spacious (4 rooms + a living room with a mezzanine), comfy and welcoming.
Recently acquired and renovated, it will grow more beautiful to in the next few months.
Sheets, towels and continental breakfast are provided.

The house is located in the Champ de Mars neighborhood. It is very quiet (except during the Feria), located next to the University and the library. It is 10-minutes away from the historical center, and 10-minutes from the Arens and the swimming pool.
The beach is at 20 minute driving
