Our second apartment is an outcome of our perennial experience in s hotel business, it is a new, multifunctional space in city center.
He was designed with an idea to organize a comfort hotel room as a studio with a functional kitchen. Location ensures a quick and simple access to key places in Belgrade, For our guests who book their stay for 10 or more days - free transfer from and to apartment is provided. Stable high speed 100mpbs WIFI. Suitable for children with no sharp corners and edges.

The space
Equipped apartment and high hygiene will ensure a pleasant stay of one or two adults. Belgrade Loft Apartment 2 is located in central city municipality Stari Grad (Old Town), in one of main streets – Dzordza Vasingtona and in immediate proximity of famous Belgrade bohemian area Skadarlija. Apartment is located in a building at a corner of Dzordza Vasingtona and Palmuticeva Street, with an open view to greenery of Botanical Garden and further to river Danube. It’s located on the 5th floor of a 1936 year built building. Building is equipped with an elevator that goes to the 5th floor. All beauties of this building can be seen even from the entrance to the hall, which is a representative example of exclusive floors and stairs made from natural marble of a known origin from the beginning of previous century.
Apartment was build and designed with an idea to organize a comfort hotel room as a studio with a functional kitchen. High ceiling also contributes to the feeling of comfort. Apartment is air-conditioned, has a Smart TV with ambient lighting and a high-speed 30mpbs WIFI internet included in the accommodation fee. With three big windows, it is very well lit by daylight and the view reaches far to the river of Danube. Though located in a high traffic street, height of the apartment ensures peace and quiet environment.
For good sleep a big 160 by 200 cm bed with special memory foam mattress is provided. We use only high quality organic cotton linen sheets.
Kitchen is equipped in a way that can meet all requirements of food storing and preparation. It contains an oven, integrated cooking panel, aspirator, kettle, vacuum cleaner and iron. The fridge has an integrated freezer section. Quality dishes and kitchen elements needed for cooking, stewing, baking, chopping, for squeezing ingredients and food are all present.
Bathroom is organized in a Norwegian style. Next to a big mirror and other sanitary equipment and a hair dryer is a washing machine. Located next to the apartment in a common building room is a space for clothes drying.
For storage of clothes and suitcases a big closed with mirrors is used. Room work space is consisted of foldable mounted work table, shelve, two chairs and one modern armchair.

Apartment location ensures a quick and simple access to key places in Belgrade, Knez Mihajlova, Kalemegdan fortress, National Square, Nikola Pasic square, Parliament are all at a walking distance away. Apartment is well connected with other parts of the city as well with bus and tram station located at only 50 meters away. In immediate proximity is a big number of coffee shops, bars and restaurants and at only 200m away is a famous Belgrade farmers market “Bajloni”.
