Located in a summertime resort area, it's easy to drink in the beauty of the lakes and countryside. Keuka lake is host to a wine trail comprised of more than a dozen award winning wines. Quaint shops are located in the village of Penn Yan and Hammondsport. The Windmill farm and craft market is the largest farm market in the state. Watkins Glenn State Park and its beautiful gorge and waterfalls. Just to list a few. Rows of hillside vineyards frame the finger lakes. There are a variety of special events that take place at both the wineries and local venues. There is also an emerging brewing industry specializing in hand crafted ales. There is the Lakeside golf course just down the road. If your interest is to rent a boat, Morgan's Marina can accommodate. These are just a few possibilities which is a small sampling of things to do during your stay.

During your stay

If I can be of any help during your stay, Im just a phone call away. There is a gas grill for use on the deck. Full kitchen in addition to basic cooking items/spices etc. Quality linens are provided, all bedding, and bath towels. Please leave all linens and bath towels inside. Don't forget your beach towels and water shoes! There is ample parking- room for 4 cars.
