We have set up a small apartment in our house to welcome single guests. Mini kitchen. Free WiFi. Our small family can communicate in 4-languages (German, French, English, Catalan). We are happy to share our passion for the regional culture and to give advice. Perpignan and surroundings offer not only beach and sun, but also great food, beautiful wines, impressive architecture, festivals etc. However, we can also just leave you relax in peace and enjoy your stay.

One-room apartment with kitchen corner, bathroom with shower and toilet directly adjacent. Ground floor. Bicycle can be used (free). 15 minutes to the university by feet, 15 minutes to the train station, 10 minutes to the city center. Supermarket 5 min. Bus 7 min. Very quiet in a dead end road. Olive tree in front of the window. Lemon tree, mulberry tree next to it. Shady garden. No direct neighbors. Non smoking. Bed linen and towels included. Bicycle on demand.

Quiet residential area of Perpignan. Almost all houses surrounded by gardens. But reasonable close to down town. Small park next to the house. Sports facilities and swimming pool by bus 10 min. Big supermarket 5 min walking.
