Pura Vida de Gris is a newly renovated two-story upper level condominium offering the modern features of a cool San Francisco loft accented with the warm tropical oasis style that is Tamarindo. The combination of contemporary stained concrete and whitewashed floors, vintage Italian tile and rich golden Guanacaste wood create unimagined luxury at an affordable price.

The space
As a world traveler, the owner redesigned the space to have all the glamour of a high-end hotel as well as all the comforts of home. Sparkling granite counters, chilly wine refrigerator, European range and commercial sink make the kitchen a pleasure to both cook and entertain in. Leather couch and 55” flat screen TV create a lounge and entertainment space to rival any luxury villa.

The upstairs master suite features a pillowtop king size bed complete with down pillows and comforter and soft India cotton sheets. Unlike most smaller vacation rentals, Pura Vida de Gris is proud to offer a freestanding bathtub large enough for two as well as a rain shower featuring a Bluetooth stereo system, making even your bathing experience one of luxury. Both floors are fully and individually air conditioned as well as featuring high powered ceiling fans for your comfort.

Pura Vida de Gris is located on the top floor above the gated community of Villa Verde II, which guarantees 24-hour security. Beautifully landscaped common areas include two pools and rancho, easily viewed from the condo’s two balconies, allowing guests to escape the fiesta atmosphere of downtown Tamarindo. Additionally, like many much higher priced villas, the property manager offers concierge service to assist you in booking your activities so that you may customize your vacation before ever arriving.

Should you need assistance booking airport transfers, we can help. PVdG also provides two bicycles for getting around town and information on all the local taxis, shuttles and buses to get you to your out of town adventures. Everything from PVdG is within walking distance to the beach and center of town. There’s guest parking in front of the condo and if you take a shuttle from the airport, there are plenty of sidexside/golf cart rentals in town to get you around the area.
