The apartment is located on the first floor in a central, quiet inner courtyard and can be reached from the old town center by foot or by bus / tram. You will love my accommodation because of the quiet neighborhood despite the central location. The studio is perfect for 2-4 persons (couples, single travelers, small families and business travelers). A balcony and a large garden are available for you to relax after a day in the city. For night owls: within walking distance, perfect for sleeping!

The central location makes the apartment perfect for a city trip and for concert visits in "Stadthalle". The apartment is newly furnished. A 140x200 double bed and a pull-out couch are available. A desk, a small dining table and ample storage space for clothes are also included. On the quiet balcony in the green is a cozy little balcony suite for breakfast in the open or warm summer nights. The Stadthalle Graz and the fair center "Messezentrum" are only a 9-minute walk away. The opera is just a 15-minute walk, and the theater is 20 minutes per feet.
