Bungalows are a priced for 2 Guest’s, however can sleep up to 4.

As of Sept. 2019’ - A/C is avail ,additional fee of $40per day.
March 2020- Fireplaces have custom glass enclosures, making it completely smoke Free. Available Seasonally Oct-March
Nov 2021 - WiFi now covers 9000 sq ft with Lightning fast Speeds of 10.8Gbps
Feb 2022 - We now offer our guest the opportunity to rent our Adult 21 speed Bikes, includes helmet, lock, local map & what’s to see…
April 2022 - We are happy to announce that private massages in the comfort of you’re Bungalow have safely returned~ be sure to book early in order to book one of our excellent massage therapist.

We DO NOT offer Late Check Out’s….Early Check In’s available if poss.

Our dog fee is $175 per dog due to all the additional work that is required with having our Bungalows perfectly acceptable for our Guests with Allergies & making our Bungalows Clean & Sanitized during these times.

This entire property is built on a giant wood deck above the sand & the ocean water. Each bungalow has their own private everything including Ocean deck.

New born’s to 12 months old are Free~
However, we have a difference of opinion when it comes to hosting families with young children 13 months - 24 months.
It does end up to be a lot more work supplying cribs, etc, not to mention the cleaning up afterwards which includes handprints off windows.
That being said, if your. Child is 13 months or older when you’re expected to arrive, we then charge as 1 additional guest.

ENTRY/LIVING - black enamel wood floors which run throughout unit.
White Wood Open Beam ceiling contribute to the Open Beach Bungalow feeling especially paired with the warehouse lamps hanging on either side. A Very generous weathered Teak table, Makes for great dinning.

FIREPLACE
Seasonal- Fireplace is Not Available & Gas Line has been a Turned off @ Meter April 1st & Will be Turned back On & Available mid Oct. Once we are through with all heat waves.
Fire Wood is Available for purchase.
Real Wood fireplace Now fitted with Custom Glass enclosures to eliminate all smoke. In & Working perfectly!

KITCHEN-Fully stocked & Equipped with everything to make cooking a true pleasure. All new Stainless....

BATHROOM- A bit more modern, Clean & updated w/unique counter & stainless sink.

BEDROOM-Offering you a tranquil nights sleep in our “W Hotel" King bed, covered with a fine down comforter & pillows. Bedding is all White- high count Egyptian. Antique pieces are placed through out.
50" plasma smart TV, along w/one in living room. Apps all Loaded w/Netflix, Prime video, HBO, etc.

Now offering 1-2 additional Deluxe Spring Roll Away Beds which is located within bungalow Opened, it easily sleeps additional guests comfortably.

For Guest with Allergies, please Contact Host for Special Handling of Booking & Special Cleanings prior of Arrival.

Guests with limited Access- There is 1 Step Down & 1 Step Up to get into each Bungalow, we have a custom Ramp Available upon request. However, Beach Access is Not Available for these same guest, Stairs are required to get down to Beach Ocean Level. All of Malibu properties require using Stairs to access.

Malibu is considered to be a extremely expensive area. We are home to a lot of movie stars; in fact we have a Shuttle- Open Air Van that gives tours of our very street.
The famous Malibu Seafood restaurant is a 15- minute walk to dinner. It requires no fuss & kick-off sandals. You- fish n stix!
Malibu has worked hard keeping its natural beauty since its original development. We have a little book that you'll find left for our guest to enjoy, filled with History about Malibu with photos from the early days. You will no doubt fall in love with the Ocean and with Malibu, especially if you stay here on this property.
I did, as I'm absolutely sure you will too. I should let you know one important fact: You will absolutely HATE to pack up and have to leave~~~~

Im happy to Restore & Repurpose treasures I have come across over the years, all of which is what you’ll find on the property & in both Bungalows.

Our Central Courtyard has grown into being a living work of Floral Art that our guests are surprised to find & enjoy year round.

You'll likely run into Myself,Luis or Said who assist with everything from Hosting to Repairs. We all are happy to share a bit about the place...We’ve been living at this property for just about 20 years.

You'll find me out n about, however I recently broke my ankle so I hope to be cruising around in my wheelchair…! trying to keep up with the watering & tending to the gardens. Always happy to hear about your journey that brought you to Malibu~~~

We say Hi from a distance~~ always with a mask either on or hanging around my neck, so that all guests can be assured of enjoying their entire Stay safely. After getting you in and connected and familiar with the property, we have a COVID Restaurant book that provides you with great food that can be delivered or picked up. you'll likely not see much of me on the property during your stay, however I do tend to the gardens during the day, out on our Central Deck watering or planting flowers. Any questions, Text seems to be best.
