El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

VERY NICE ALSO IN AUTUMN AND WINTER because of the new PELLET OVEN.

The Niu is cosily and tastefully furnished.
In front of the 110 cm-diagonal TV with satellite TV and stereo, there is a wide, comfy couch and two armchairs that invite you to laze about. A library filled with a big range of books as well as a music collection with CDs of all possible genres invite the guest to linger in Niu.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, and utensils - with everything that you also need at home. A filter coffeemaker, a water boiler, a toaster, a electrical lemon squeezer and a 2-burner gas stove. Refrigerator with a deep freeze section, as well as all useful tools, such as a kitchen roll, cleaning supplies with sponge, and garbage bags.
The bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Liquid soap and 3 rolls of toilet paper, as well as 2 large and 2 small towels, a bathrobe, and a swimming towel per person are available, as well as a dryer.
