Villa Kovac is beautifully furnished ground floor, semi-detached holiday home, situated in the village Turcinovici near Sv. Petar u Sumi in central Istria. The house is tastefully decorated with rustic furniture an because of its very good insulation it is pleasant to reside in the house during the summer heats. The peculiarity of the house is a very large covered terrace of 40 sqm with an outdoor kitchen and lounge corner situated next to the pool and garden with a view of the forest. The same terrace is located at the back side of the house, which is at disposal only to the guests of villa Kovac. Friendly owners who live in the other half of the semi-detached house have no visual nor any other contact with this part of the house.
Outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and has a fireplace for grilling, cooking hob, dishwasher and all other kitchen ammenities. At the lounge area at the guests disposal also stays a large TV.
